This document outlines the terms governing the use of the 16personalities platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.
These Terms take effect from the date your account is registered and apply to all users of the 16personalities platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 16personalities platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
This platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of this platform is lawful under the regulations of your place of residence. 16personalities reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend any account that does not meet this eligibility requirement.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 16personalities platform. Any continued use of the platform after an amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 16personalities. Ownership of more than one account by the same individual may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 16personalities will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity carried out through your account will be considered your own actions, unless you have reported unauthorised access to the support team within a reasonable timeframe.
To complete the account verification process and gain full access to withdrawal functions, users may be required to submit valid identification documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 16personalities platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:
- Using any automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through multiple accounts or by coordinating with other parties.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform's systems or game outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity.
- Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
16personalities reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including the temporary holding of funds while an investigation is ongoing.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 16personalities platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, and local bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, and other local banks listed on your account's deposit page.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the platform's current policies and may vary depending on the payment method selected. All deposits are credited to your account once transaction confirmation is received from the payment provider. 16personalities is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party provider systems.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the account holder. 16personalities reserves the right to request additional documents to verify the recipient's identity before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and your account's VIP level.
Any taxes or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are solely the user's responsibility. 16personalities does not bear these costs on behalf of users.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

16personalities is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
While we strive to keep the platform running uninterrupted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance or system updates may result in temporary downtime that cannot always be avoided.
Account Suspension & Closure
16personalities reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation and a final decision by management.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once the account is closed, subject to the resolution of any outstanding claims or investigations.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 16personalities platform — including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of this platform and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any content without prior written consent.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
